  • "User Content" refers to all content submitted, posted, uploaded, published, or transmitted on or through the AurketPro platform by any user, including but not limited to photographs, profile information, descriptions, requests, reviews, and messages.

Eligibility

  • To use The AurketPro Marketplace Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You may not allow persons under the age of 18 to request or receive calls, or services from Third-Party Providers on your behalf.
  • In some cases, you may be required to provide proof of age, identity, or other form of identification in order to access or use the Services. If you refuse to provide proof of age, identity, or other form of identification, you may be denied access to or use of the Services.
  • You must be the legal homeowner, authorized renter, or decision maker when scheduling or agreeing to 3rd party inspections and, or services.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding you, the" User" or contact personnel and condition and owned areas of property, including a valid phone number.

You acknowledge and agree that you will ensure that the animal is at a safe distance or properly secured with a leash, harness, crate/carrier, or through other means and is within the supervision of an authorized adult or it's owner at all times.
  • In any issue or accident occurs with a third-party provider (such as a service professional), you agree to communicate with that provider directly to try and resolve the issue. You understand and agree that AurketPro does not provide any services and is not responsible for any damages, incidents, or accidents that may occur while using a third-party provider. It is your responsibility to research all providers before hiring them.

Modifications

AurketPro reserves the right to modify the terms of use for its services at any time. Any changes made will become effective once the modified terms are posted on the site. It is your responsibility to verify all information provided by any service professional.
