AGREEMENT FOR USE OF SERVICES ON AURKETPRO.COM

AurketPro LLC is aka and is referred to as “Aurketpro.com” within this agreement.

You is referred to as “the user” or ” the customer” within this agreement.

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you, the user (“You”), and AurketPro LLC aka Aurketpro.com (“Aurketpro”), governing the use of the services provided by Aurketpro on its website or by phone. By using any of the services provided by Aurketpro, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, You must discontinue the use of any services provided by Aurketpro.

Representation of Business Listings

Any information listed on Aurketpro’s business listings has been received by an employee, representative, or affiliate representing the company upon registration. Aurketpro does not represent this company in any way or fashion, nor do we provide any services, pricing, or any scheduling.

Verification of Business Legality

You understand and agree that any efforts of verification made by Aurketpro in the legality of any business on this platform only verified its legal and active authorization within the state. Aurketpro does not do any background checks on individuals representing or within the company. By using any services provided by Aurketpro, You waive your right to hold Aurketpro responsible for any misrepresentation of any business listed on our website. You take full responsibility in seeking your own verification on any personnel or any company listed within our network.

Responsibility for Research

You agree that You are responsible for conducting your research on any company on this platform before agreeing to any services. Aurketpro is not responsible for any commitments, transactions, or contracts (verbal or physical) made between You and any business listed on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that any commitments, transactions, or contracts (verbal or physical) are made between You and that business in which Aurketpro will not be held liable in any form. Aurketpro is not responsible for any damages, losses, or any other liability arising out of Your use of any services provided by Aurketpro. We are not responsible nor can we guarantee the arrival, price, or work of any provider within this network.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurketpro is based.

By using any services provided by Aurketpro, You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
